Sterling Goes Green
On June 26, 2008, Sterling Homes became the Grand Strand's only building company to become certified as a Green Builder by the national certification company, Environments for Living (EFL). On this date, Sterling Homes took a position of leadership in green building in this region, which was based based upon the company's decision to build green certified homes exclusively, regardless of size or price.
