• Harry Dill received his second "Builder of the Year" award from the Horry-Georgetown Home Builder Association (HGHBA)
• Sterling Homes led an effort that raised over $170,000 for the Red Cross in response to the Hurricane Katrina disaster
• Sterling Homes received one of the Chamber of Commerce's highest awards, the Community Service Award, for 2007.
• Sterling Homes (as Hall Custom Homes) acted as a lead builder in the Myrtle Beach Area Extreme Makeover: Home Edition effort
• Sterling Homes was selected as a lead builder for the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition "50 State Reunion" all-star build in New Orleans
• 2008 Horry-Georgetown Home Builder Association (HGHBA) Parade of Homes Winner – "Overall Best of Show"

Our company has been selected as the exclusive builder of the Balmoral neighborhood within Withers Preserve, the area's first 100% "green certified" community.
